Sleeping is a great way to rest your heart. Everybody sleeps so they are ready for the next day and they are active and their heart is ready for being fit and is all pumped up and will get ready for school. Your brain also rest to so that you are ready for what you are going to do the next day and knows the material that your teacher will teach you and that it knows what to say and what to do. Sometimes people take naps to rest a little bit of both of those and it works. That is what I do everyday to help me be healthy and fit.
