My exercises

Since I have been wrestling my dad has had me do a workout and I actually have 6 pack. I have a book that tells me what to do. I lift 10s, 7s and 12s and 5s. The routine is to do 12, 10, 8. So for the 12s I do it 8 times, for 10s I do it 10 times and for 8s I do it 12 times. I used to be a little weak but now I can pin people in my wrestling tournaments. I think my sister is also strong. She can pin people like me. She just has to get good at it like I am. I love to wrestle and do my exercises.
